Terms and Conditions of the Lennea Online Store
§ 1 Preliminary Provisions
- The Lennea online store, available at www.lennea.pl, is operated by Magdalena Biedrończyk conducting business under the name Lennea Magdalena Biedrończyk, registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG) maintained by the minister responsible for economy, NIP 6423012798, REGON 243209683.
- These Terms and Conditions are addressed to Consumers, Entrepreneurs with consumer rights, and Entrepreneurs using the Store and define the rules for using the online Store and the rules and procedure for concluding Distance Sales Agreements with the Customer.
§ 2 Definitions
- Consumer – a natural person concluding an agreement with the Seller within the Store, the subject of which is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person concluding a Sales Agreement directly related to their business activity, when it follows from the content of this agreement that it does not have a professional character for that person, resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity made available under the provisions on CEIDG.
- Seller – Magdalena Biedrończyk conducting business under the name Lennea Magdalena Biedrończyk, NIP 6423012798, REGON 243209683.
- Customer – any entity making purchases through the Store.
- Entrepreneur – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality conducting business activity on its own behalf, using the Store, who is not an Entrepreneur with consumer rights.
- Store – the online store operated by the Seller at lennea.pl.
- Product – a movable item available in the Store which is the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
- Customized Product – a non-prefabricated item manufactured according to the Consumer’s specifications or serving to satisfy their individualized needs.

§ 4 Technical Requirements
To use the Store, including browsing the Store’s assortment and placing orders, the following are required:
- a terminal device with Internet access and a web browser,
- an active e-mail account,
- enabled cookies support.
§ 5 General Information and Reviews (Omnibus Directive)
- Prices listed in the Store are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices (including VAT).
- The final amount payable by the Customer consists of the Product price and delivery costs.
- Review publication rules: The Store allows Customers to view Product reviews. The Seller takes reasonable and proportionate steps to verify whether reviews come from consumers who have actually used or purchased the Product (e.g., by sending review requests only to the e-mail address associated with a completed order).
§ 6 Creating an Account in the Store
Creating an Account in the Store is free and optional. The Customer may delete the Account at any time without giving a reason by sending an appropriate request to the Seller.
§ 7 Rules for Placing Orders
- Orders may be placed after logging into an Account or without registration.
- To place an Order, the Customer must select Products, add them to the cart, complete the address form, choose the delivery and payment method, and then confirm the order using the button implying the obligation to pay.
§ 8 Available Delivery and Payment Methods
- Delivery methods: InPost parcel locker, DPD courier service.
- Payment methods: traditional bank transfer to the Seller’s account, payment card, electronic payments via tPay.
§ 9 Performance of the Sales Agreement and Delivery
- If advance payment is selected, the Customer is obliged to make payment within 3 calendar days from the date of concluding the Sales Agreement; otherwise, the order may be cancelled.
- Order processing and delivery time: The total time from payment for the order to delivery of the Product to the Customer is from 3 to 14 business days, unless otherwise specified in the description of a given Product.
- If Products with different delivery times are ordered, the delivery time shall be the longest indicated period.
- Product delivery takes place within Europe and is subject to payment, of which the Customer is informed during the ordering process.
- Failure to collect the parcel: If the Customer fails to collect the shipped parcel and it is returned to the Seller, this situation SHALL NOT be treated as withdrawal from the agreement. The Seller will request the Customer to perform the agreement. In the absence of a response, the Seller has the right to withdraw from the agreement due to the Customer’s fault and charge the Customer for the incurred return shipping costs.
§ 10 Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement
General Rules and Exclusions (B2B and Customization)
- Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period begins from the moment the Product is taken into possession by the Consumer or a third party indicated by them other than the carrier.
- Exclusion of the right of withdrawal (Customized Products): The right to withdraw from the agreement and the right of exchange DO NOT APPLY to non-prefabricated Products manufactured according to the Consumer’s specifications or intended to satisfy their individualized needs (personalized/customized products).
- Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for Entrepreneurs (B2B): The right of withdrawal does not apply to Customers purchasing as Entrepreneurs (business purchases), except for Entrepreneurs with consumer rights (sole proprietors) for whom the purchase is not of a professional nature. With regard to Entrepreneurs, the Seller has the right to make an individual decision regarding possible acceptance of a return only after prior contact and the Seller’s explicit consent.
Effects of Withdrawal and Return Costs
- To withdraw from the agreement, the Customer must submit a clear statement to the Seller (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).
- In the event of withdrawal, the agreement shall be deemed not concluded. The Seller shall refund all payments received, including the cheapest available delivery cost offered to the Customer, no later than 14 days from receiving the statement of withdrawal.
- The Seller may withhold the refund until receiving the Product back or proof of its return shipment.
- The Customer is obliged to return the Product immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day on which they informed the Seller about the withdrawal from the agreement.
- The direct costs of returning the Product shall be borne by the Customer.
- The Customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from using it in a manner other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.
§ 11 Complaints (Lack of conformity of goods with the agreement)
For Consumers and Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights
- The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the Product with the agreement existing at the time of delivery and disclosed within 2 years from that moment, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.
- In the event of non-conformity of the Product with the agreement, the Customer may request repair or replacement.
- If repair or replacement is impossible or would require excessive costs, the Seller may refuse to bring the goods into conformity with the agreement. In such a case, the Customer may submit a statement requesting a price reduction or withdrawal from the agreement.
- Complaints should be submitted in writing or electronically to the Seller’s addresses specified in § 3.
- The Seller shall respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
- The Customer shall make the Product subject to repair or replacement available to the Seller. The Seller shall collect the Product at their own expense.
For Entrepreneurs (B2B)
- In accordance with Article 558 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code, the Seller’s liability under warranty for physical and legal defects of the sold item towards Customers who are Entrepreneurs (and are not Entrepreneurs with consumer rights) is completely excluded.
§ 12 Out-of-Court Complaint Handling Methods
- The Consumer may use out-of-court methods of complaint handling and pursuing claims, including assistance from municipal (district) consumer ombudsmen or Provincial Inspectorates of Trade Inspection.
- The Consumer may submit a complaint through the EU online ODR platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
§ 13 Personal Data (GDPR)
- The administrator of Customers’ personal data collected via the Store is the Seller.
- Data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for the purpose of performing the Sales Agreement and, if consent is granted, also for marketing purposes.
- Detailed rules regarding personal data processing and the rights granted to Customers (including the right of access, rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing) are regulated in the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.
§ 14 Final Provisions
- Agreements concluded through the online Store are concluded in the Polish language.
- The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions for important reasons (changes in law, changes in delivery/payment methods). Registered Customers will be informed about changes at least 7 days in advance. Changes do not affect orders placed before they come into force.
- In matters not regulated herein, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
